Social Media & Influencer Manager

• Identify and manage collaborations with influencers and community managers, including negotiations, contracts, and performance tracking.
• Lead social media photoshoots and content production projects.
• Develop and manage content strategies across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Lead the creation of original, trend-driven and action-oriented content initiatives.
• Monitor online conversations and brand sentiment across social media platforms.
• Analyze data and performance reports to continuously optimize content strategies.
• Collaborate with the Digital team and Brand Managers to create content that supports campaign objectives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, including managing partnerships with influencers, agencies, and content creators, as well as social media management for a B2C brand.
• Strong creative skills, excellent marketing copywriting abilities and business acumen.
• Knowledge and understanding of branding and strategic marketing.
• Familiarity with the influencer marketing landscape and experience working with major brands.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel abroad for content production in various locations.
