Digital & Business Analyst

abra R&D is looking for a Digital & Business Analyst.

We are seeking a proactive, business-oriented analyst who can turn data into actionable insights and influence decision-making across Marketing, Product, and CRM. The ideal candidate will analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, budgets, and business KPIs to identify opportunities, optimize investments, and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will bring insights and recommendations, not just reports, understanding the business impact behind the data, and takes ownership of driving improvement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze digital, marketing, and customer data to generate business insights.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns, funnels, customer journeys, and product performance.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks.
• Conduct ROI and budget allocation analyses.
• Lead A/B tests and measure business impact.
• Use Google Analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and business stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Digital, Marketing, or Business Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics - Mandatory.
• Experience analyzing digital campaigns and customer behavior.
• Experience building dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and business thinking skills.
• Ability to translate data into recommendations and actions.
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven.
