Operations & Technical Support

abra is looking for a hands-on, technically minded, and service-oriented professional to join our team on a part-time basis!

In this role, you will be the go-to person for office maintenance, equipment functionality, and logistical support for the IT team.

The position combines day-to-day office maintenance, minor repairs, furniture and equipment assembly and relocation, and setting up and organizing workstations. No prior computer or networking knowledge is required - we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine office maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assemble, disassemble, install, and relocate furniture and equipment.
• Set up workstations, including connecting monitors, docking stations, cables, and peripherals.
• Move equipment between storage areas, organize workstations, provide basic printer support, and ensure meeting room equipment is functioning properly.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions and maintenance issues, coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed.

• A technical mindset and confidence in using basic hand tools.
• A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to approximately 20 kg.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and be part of a team.

Advantages
