AWS Sales Operations

abra's Cloud division is seeking an AWS Sales Operation to join our team in Raanana.

We are looking for an experienced operations professional who will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, handle billing operations, and provide operational support to customers in an AWS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations and help build efficient workflows in a growing Cloud division.
• Manage sales opportunities and track activities using Salesforce and Monday.com.
• Coordinate operational processes with customers, internal teams, finance, and AWS partners, including contracts and follow-ups.
• Support AWS Partner Network activities, including partner funding programs.

Requirements

Must have:

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, sales support, coordination, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow up on tasks.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and coordinate with different teams.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems; experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience working with customers, business partners, contracts, or sales opportunities is an advantage.
