HR Operations Lead

We’re looking for an HR Operations Lead to own our HRIS ,use AI to turn manual HR processes into scalable systems, and manage cross company processes. That’s where you come in!

You’ll:

• Own our HRIS and HR tech stack: configure, optimize and integrate it, and shape where it goes next as we grow
• Own processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and transfers to leave and offboarding and improve them by building AI powered workflows
• Take over global HR processes (payroll coordination, performance and salary reviews, performance bonuses, EOR and contractor admin) and improve them by automation or dedicated systems if needed.
• Create dashboards for analyzing people data that give HR and leadership reliable, real-time people related insights.
• Partner with our HR team and managers across the company.

Requirements

You have:

• 4+ years in HR operations, ideally in a global technology or gaming company
• Hands-on HRIS experience and a track record of improving processes through systems
• Experience building automations or AI-assisted workflows, plus a clear vision for how AI can transform HR operations
• Solid knowledge of core HR processes and international employment arrangements, including EOR platforms like Deel or Remote
• Strong analytical and data skills,
• A strong owner mindset: you drive projects independently, with attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
• Fluent English, written and spoken
