Product Manager- AI Platform

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our platform product team, with a focus on Data & AI. In this role, you will own the shared platform capabilities on which Silverfort’s product modules are built, working closely with R&D leads and stakeholders across the company. You will also take AI-based capabilities from idea to production.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Silverfort’s Data & AI platform. Lead AI-based capabilities from idea to production, shaping the solution's behavior, cost targets, and security guardrails
• Write clear specifications that account for technical constraints and complex customer environments, including hybrid and on-prem deployments
• Build shared priorities across R&D, Sales, Success, and Strategy, and communicate roadmap decisions with clear rationale
• Conduct customer research, interviews, and data analysis to validate problems and measure the outcomes of releases
• Track market trends and the competitive landscape in identity security and AI to inform platform direction

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B products, including ownership of a platform that serves multiple development teams
• Hands-on experience taking AI-based capabilities to production as a PM or development lead, including evals, cost and latency, failure modes, and security (prompt injection, tenant isolation, data leakage)
• Platform mindset, with experience building the foundations that products are built on
• Technical background (development or engineering) that enables peer-level design discussions with engineering leads
• Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to align multiple inputs and drive clear prioritization decisions
• Strong PM skills: customer pain analysis, structured research and validation, and clear presentation
• Strong AI orientation - fluent and frequent use of modern AI tools (Anthropic, OpenAI, and similar) in real working contexts
• Experience with data platforms or data pipelines, especially moving data from on-prem environments to the cloud- an advantage
• Background in cybersecurity or identity security- an advantage
