Internal Operations Lead

We are an Israeli defense-tech company building a secure, open platform for rapid integration of commercial and military systems for Western defense.

This role drives the company's internal operations — planning, budgeting, and building the infrastructure behind facilities, fleet, equipment, insurance, and permits — while leading a team of Operations Managers.

A key focus of this role is hands-on experience setting up global sites from A to Z — sourcing locations, securing permits, coordinating vendors, and building the full operational infrastructure needed to get a site up and running abroad.

In addition, you'll gather cross-company needs, build lean infrastructure and processes to support growth, coordinate with authorities and military organizations for field trials and demonstrations, and independently solve problems where no existing playbook applies.

Requirements

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of internal operations experience (preferred from a hyper growth startup), management experience, a builder mentality for creating processes from scratch, the ability to juggle multiple functions and budgets simultaneously, and fluency in both Hebrew and English.
