Talent Acquisition Manager – Maternity Leave Cover (Part-Time)

About the role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join us on a part-time basis as maternity leave cover.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, knows how to identify the right talent, and is comfortable managing recruitment processes in a dynamic tech environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing recruitment processes from sourcing and initial screening through to interviews and offer stages.
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates’ experience and fit.
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and move recruitment processes forward.
• Coordinating interviews and maintaining clear, positive communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Helping us create a smooth and positive candidate experience.

• Position: Part-time (50%)

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in tech.
• Experience working with recruitment systems (ATS), such as Comeet / Spark Hire.
• Experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles is a strong plus.
• A proactive, organized approach and the ability to manage several recruitment processes at once.
• Good communication skills and confidence communicating in English.
• A people-oriented approach and a genuine interest in creating a positive candidate experience.
