We’re seeking a full-time Assistant Controller to join our growing finance team in Tel-Aviv. This role reports directly to our Corporate Controller.

Wake up for this:

• Oversee daily operations of the finance-related activity of the company, using AI-assisted matching, reconciliations and anomaly detection.
• Play a key role in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process, and use AI and automation to make it faster and more accurate each cycle.
• Help shape how Finance adopts AI: test new tools, share what works, and raise the team's AI skills.
• Support preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US-GAAP and the SEC's guidelines.
• Analyze the company's results on a monthly basis.
• Work with external auditors and advisors.
• Find manual processes and replace them with AI agents, workflows and automations that scale with the company.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal reporting requirements.

Requirements

If you are:

• CPA from a Big 4 firm with experience after internship – Hi-tech department.
• Strong knowledge of and experience in US-GAAP accounting.
• A hands-on AI user: you use tools like Claude/ChatCGT every day, and you’ve built at least one automation or workflow that replaced manual work.
• High level of English.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Super analytical person with attention to detail.
• Able to lead processes and work independently.
