Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Global HR Manager to oversee our global HR operations during maternity leave coverage.

This role combines day-to-day HR ownership with close partnership with managers and employees, supporting our global team across multiple countries.

This is a temporary position

Responsibilities

• Manage global HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
• Partner with managers and employees on employee relations, feedback, performance management, and complex HR matters.
• Oversee global payroll, benefits, and relationships with external HR and employment providers.
• Coordinate performance review processes and support recruitment activities.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and compliance with local employment regulations.
• Oversee HR systems and processes, including HiBob.
• Support employee experience, engagement, and organizational culture.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and senior management to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a broad HR role, preferably in a global tech company.
• Strong experience partnering with managers and employees, providing guidance on feedback, navigating sensitive situations, and facilitating constructive conversations and conflict resolution.
• Strong understanding of Israeli employment law and experience with international HR operations.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate complex situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent Hebrew and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing or leading HR team members.
• Familiarity with HiBob and global payroll/EOR providers.
