AI Developer – Agentic AI

A world-renowned leader in GPU acceleration, AI supercomputing, and end-to-end platforms powering generative AI, autonomous systems, digital twins, and large-scale data-center infrastructure used by virtually every major technology company is seeking an AI Developer to join a high-impact, rapidly growing Agentic AI initiative.

This is a hybrid position based in Israel, requiring on-site presence in Yokneam three times a week, together with close collaboration with global teams, including occasional evening meetings as part of cross-site coordination.

What does a typical day look like?

This is a hands-on role with significant learning and growth potential in advanced AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop components within Agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration and RAG workflows
• Implement backend logic and data processing using Python and SQL
• Assist in writing technical specifications and user stories
• Support system integrations through APIs and enterprise connectors
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure solution accuracy
• Assist with troubleshooting and production support when needed
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and contribute to technical discussions
• Maintain clear documentation and follow best development practices

Requirements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software development (Python required)
• Practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases or RAG workflows – an advantage
• Experience working with SQL databases
• Understanding of backend development concepts; familiarity with system integrations – advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and learning capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global environment
• Fluent Hebrew (spoken and written) – must
• High-level English
• Ability to work on-site in Yokneam three times a week
• Flexibility for occasional evening meetings
